This is a panorama near Valley, Nebraska, of the June 11th storm that went through Valley and later Omaha. This was a line of storms with embedded supercells that managed to put down surprising number of tornadoes, one of which killed several Boyscouts in Iowa. Another fantastic shot. Funny thing, I've got an aunt and uncle who live in Valley, Neb., and once when I was visiting there, my aunt said to me that they thankfully never see tornadoes in Valley. I asked her why that was and she answered with completely straight face that they live in a valley. I looked around and couldn't imagine a less-valley-like flat landscape. I'm still not sure if she was serious or joking with me.
